Venue hire costs
Travel costs are charged at standard rail fares or AA mileage rates and accommodation if required due to a pre 10am start or a post 6pm finish is charged at £200 per night.
Terms of booking
Payment must be made in full at least seven days prior to the mediation, with the signing of the mediation agreement submitted at this time. Full terms of booking are part of the mediation agreement.
If the mediation is cancelled or re-scheduled up to three full working days prior to the agreed date a 25% administration fee is charged. If cancellation or re-scheduling is notified less than three full working days prior to the mediation day, no refund is made.
If the parties agree that one pays more than the other this can be agreed at the time of instruction. Both parties remain bound by the terms of booking.
If you have any special requirements for the mediation including the venue arrangements, these should be discussed at the outset.
